I will receive an e-mail confirmation that you have sent money to my account. It will ask
me to accept / deny payment. This will act as your deposit.
After your trip, I will accept
the payment. If we cannot run the trip due to inclimate weather, I will deny payment.

allows you the convenience of using your credit / check card without disclosing the personal information needed to process
the payment.
