Fishing has definitely improved over the past week.  Good numbers of Trout and an occasional redfish have been the norm.  There are plenty of flounder to be caught as well, but with the new limit of 2 per person, I haven't taken the time to catch them.  The flounder bite should be excellent the first part of December when the limits go back up to 5. so mark your calendars!

The fishing should be incredible this week with the cooler temps.  The fish should be in a frenzy bulking up for the winter.  Last year I had my best fish of the year the week before Thanksgiving, and this is the first big front of the year.

Hope to see you on the water soon!

Last week the weather was beautiful and the fishing was just as nice.  The full moon slowed the bite early in the week but later in the day the bite turned on.  Fishing the birds has been picking up and the water is shaping up well after the 6+ inches of rain a week ago.

Most days are producing at least half limits of trout on soft plastics with a ton of throw backs mixed in.

It's only going to get better as the the water temp continues to fall and the fish begin to bulk up for winter.
